2. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer
All teachings, courses, mantras, yantras, meditations, and guidance provided through the Foundation and Shri Sadhgurudev are intended for spiritual development, self-discovery, and holistic wellness.
- Our programs do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Spiritual practices and sadhanas require personal discipline; individual results may vary based on personal effort, sincerity, and inner receptivity.
- Participants are advised to use their own discretion and consult medical professionals for any physical or mental health conditions.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Parama, Mahasiddha, and Brahmarshi) grant access to specific tiered privileges, discounts, and sanctuary access.
- Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- Privileges, stays, and consultations associated with memberships are non-transferable and apply strictly to the registered individual (and covered family members where explicitly specified).
- The Foundation reserves the right to modify membership privileges or revoke access in the event of behavioral misconduct or violation of ashram/sanctuary rules.
4. Courses, Payments & Refunds
All course enrollments and digital product purchases are processed securely through authorized payment channels (such as Razorpay).
- Access to online courses is granted upon successful verification of payment.
- Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our sacred teachings, fees paid for online courses, workshops, and donations are generally non-refundable.
- Any exception or request for credit transfer is subject to evaluation and sole discretion of the Foundation management.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, audio recordings of mantras, video lectures, course materials, and images, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mantra Meta Shri Sadhgurudev Foundation.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or broadcast any material from our platforms without explicit prior written consent from the Foundation.
6. User Conduct & Code of Conduct
When interacting with our community platforms, attending live retreats, or visiting our physical centers (Mantra Sharanam Teerth), members and seekers agree to:

- Refrain from any disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording of secret rituals or private sessions, or solicitation.
- Comply with all guidelines established for physical stays and sacred spaces.

Mantra Meta Shri Sadhgurudev Foundation, its trustees, teachers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in courses, or attendance at retreats and physical locations.
